• Refrain from misusing the job board — including spam applications, fake profiles, or data scraping

J Prime provides career guidance, financial consultations, bookkeeping assistance (including QuickBooks), remote job listings, and educational newsletters. All content is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional financial, legal, or career advice. We strongly recommend consulting qualified professionals before making any significant financial or career decisions.

J Prime does not guarantee job placement, specific financial outcomes, or the accuracy of third-party job postings sourced through our platform.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to J Prime — including resumes, applications, and consultation inputs. However, by submitting such content, you grant J Prime a limited, non-exclusive licence to display and process it solely for the purpose of delivering our services to you. You are responsible for ensuring your content is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe any third-party rights.

Certain services — such as premium bookkeeping or ongoing financial advisory engagements — may involve fees. All payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment providers. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a separate agreement, all payments are non-refundable. J Prime reserves the right to adjust pricing with reasonable notice.

J Prime reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to any or all services at our discretion, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may also terminate your use of our services at any time by ceasing to access them and, where applicable, unsubscribing from communications.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, J Prime and its team members shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — our services. This includes, without limitation, loss of income, data, business opportunities, or reputation.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Rwanda. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kigali, Rwanda.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
